More than one kind of health

I was eating a snack in the kitchen: a bowl of brown rice pilaf.

My youngest came in with purpose, he was planning a snack for himself: Extreme Moose Tracks ice cream.

As he was dipping he asked what I was eating.

"Oh, that is very healthy," he replied thoughtfully as he scooped the decadent chocolate ice cream laced with fudge and hard chocolate.

After a few moments he said with a sly smile, "You know, yours might be good for physical health, but mine is great for emotional health"

I agreed and finished off my snack with a scoop of Moose Tracks and felt much better.

Reminds of the cravings from two extremes with my last pregnancy: celery, and Ben and Jerry's New York Super Fudge Chunk. :-) Not together, of course .... ;-)
